so yesterday was the day i celebrated my 23rd year on this planet and so far so good

spent the night at my pops spot in Costa Mesa..pretty nice area but ive never felt so outta place

woke up in the morning chilled and watched tv

then me and my dad spent the day out and about in his hood

hit the South Coast Plaza (hella bourgeois), then hit the Westminster Mall, after that had some lunch at a sandwich spot by the beach, then to Blends and finally to Albertsons to get me my birthday cake :)

oh yea..throughout the day i spent knoccin these bacc..dont get no better

i ordered these and they FINALLY came in

new balance 574 with 3m

oh so saucy

my grandma and aunt arrive around 4:30ish to my dads place

around 5:00 we have dinner at the house

i had a delicious Costa Rican dinner courtesy of my dads gf

rice, beans, salad, chiccen in a creamy mushroom alfredo sauce, bread, ropa vieja (shredded beef marinated in sauces and veggies) and of course my heinis :D

i get bacc home around 9ish

preparing myself for the night

my boy Yogi comes over and drops off this little surprise

around 10:15 or so the gang meets up at my house

we head out Alhambra to get it craccin

and it is RIDICULOUSLY pacced

after waiting about an hour in line we say fucc this

mind you..there is about 20+ people with me

so we head over to Pasadena instead and go to Wokanos

not exactly what i wanted to do..but theres nothing else so why not?

and what i blast i had

i got kicced out from what i heard..i was double and triple fistin..goin dumb..and blacced out

so lets update..

last time i got my hair braided must have been april of 2007 (yea i know..tell me about it) its hard to find a braider now-a-days. ESPECIALLY one that is down to braid the 2 feet of hair that i have (in only 2 years too start from being bald...be jealous lol)

so my friend Claudya hooked me up...felt great and i looked snazzy ;D

long wavy hurr doesnt hold up too great in braids.

they lasted me a week..which isnt too bad..i mean i coulda kept them in..but i like my hurr to look fresco :D

took em out and i got my Polamalu thang goin on 

lol

its xmas already so i decided to treat myself to a few things i need for school.

they ARE necessities so dont think i got them just cuz

epson nx400 printer and a wacom bamboo tablet

dont get me wrong as a young boy i loved every single one

A Beautiful Night

As many may or may not know, I don't exactly have the best luck wit the ladies.
It's kind of an ongoing issue that seldomely gets any resolution, but last night gave me hope for the future of my social life.

I've been in communication with a girl [who's name I dare not mention] for the past few weeks.
Up until last night, we 'd only talked online or on the phone...but I felt obligated to get a lil' more personal. But before I tell of our impromtu escapade; a little info on the special lady.

:-)

The first thing that attracted me to her was her amazing taste in music.
Not that bullshit that every other female is listening to i.e Rhianna, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, etc.
-she listens to music of substance...REAL hip-hop -- Arrested Development, Dj Quik, Slum Village, Little Brother, the list goes on and on like Erykah Badu's first hit! lol
Then comes her appearance: Icould stare in her eyes for hours and her smile literally made me blush on site
Beautiful she is! Beauty that transcends cultures and languages; for she is bonita indeed.
As we sat and chit-chat, I realized just how great this girl is. We're in agreement on most topics and she appreciates my sense o' humor...priceless IMO

TRUE I dont know her very well, dont know all of her ins and outs, dont know wut makes her happy, mad, or sad....but I hope that I can journey the road to finding all of those things out.

I honestly feel honored that a girl of this caliber would spend time wit a chap like myself
...a privelage to be in her presence; truly.

This girl has me fascinated and intrigued in all that is [her]

what more can I say....SHE HAS MY FULL ATTENTION

BLACK FRIDAY

Friday, November 28.....evermore known as "Black Friday", is the first official day of the Xmas shopping season. People flock to stores, sumtimes camp out, and wait in line like people at a Nino Brown turkey giveaway.

This year, I decided to try my hand at an all night stakeout at Best Buy.




we started the endeavor at about 3:45pm thursday afternoon

I couldn't have asked for a better parking spot.
My [prescious] car was located front and center

what kept us sane, if only for about 3hrs

some new[found] friends showed up






All the cold, exhaustion, lack of food, and boredom was well worth it once I finally go my hands on my 250GB/4GB Toshiba satellite laptop.
I love it...couldn't be happier.
As far as Vista...ehh, so far so good.
